In the event that you have problems with WebDoubler, see the Troubleshooting section of this Guide. Even if the information in the Troubleshooting chapter doesn't lead directly to the resolution of your question or problem, it will help you determine the nature of the problem and make using the resources listed below faster and easier.

There are three ways to get help if you encounter problems that can't be resolved using the information in the Troubleshooting section:

   Here you will find:

   • Complete on-line documentation
   • FAQs
   • Other timely information

2. Maxum Tech Support

   If the answer to your question is not on our web server, please send e-mail to:

   support@maxum.com

   We will get your question answered quickly and in many cases post your question to the FAQ list (in addition to replying directly to you by e-mail).

3. WebDoubler Mailing List

   Finally, you might want to subscribe to the WebDoubler mailing list. For information, go to:

   The list provides a forum for WebDoubler users to discuss issues or solutions using WebDoubler. The quality of the comments and help on this list is exceptional.
